Prior to this, Baygum Jan Khanum had settled with her two sons, Haji Sayyid Muhammad and Haji Sayyid Abu al-Qasim, over her share of inheritance from her late husband, Haji Mir Kazim, and also over her share of inheritance from Haji Mir Hasan. Haji Muhammad Zaman, son of Haji Muhammad Baqir from Usku, appoints Haji Mir Hashim, son of Mir Mustafa from Usku, as the executor of his will and has determined how his inheritance should be divided, including the properties that should be divided among his three sons, Qasim, Ahmad, and Muhammad Kazim.
